By the very nature of the embroidery process, a needle and thread will go through the material that it is being applied to; in turn this process may alter the items characteristics.  Therefore, its specifications may not meet the requirements for its intended use.   Any items supplied to us, are done entirely at customer’s own risk.

Returns Policy

Our aim is to ensure our customers are happy with their order. Should you wish to return any items you have purchased, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Please email with your order number, stating the reason for the return of the goods.

  2. Once the email has been received, a member of our team will then send you a returns form which will need to be completed and sent with the returned items.

  3. Please return the items to us in its original packaging to the following address: Logo Embroidery Ltd, Unit 5 Beehive Lane Works, Beehive Lane, Chelmsford CM2 9JY.  We recommend that you obtain a proof of postage from the Post Office. Please note, it is your responsibility that garments are returned to the above address safely.

  4. Once we receive and check the goods, we will then refund your payment. This may take up to ten working days to complete.

Unless faulty or not as described, returned items must:

  • Be returned to us within 14 days of receipt.

  • We will not accept the return after this time has elapsed.

  • Be unworn, unaltered and unwashed and in resalable condition.

  • Not be embroidered, bespoke or customised.

If you change your mind about the item you have just paid for, and the goods have not yet been dispatched from our warehouse, you can get all of the item price refunded straight away. However, if your items have already been dispatched from our warehouse you will need to follow the returns instructions above.

If your goods are returned to us after 14 Days then we will not be able to process the return of the goods unless the items are faulty

Customised items
We will replace any customised item if it is faulty or if we have made a mistake. Otherwise, we don’t offer returns or refunds on customised items.

Before placing your order, please be careful and check product size information. We supply garments from all different manufacturers so a medium in one brand may be different to a medium in another brand, so please ensure you have checked the sizing information before you proceed.

Blank products can be returned to us within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the cost of the item. Please contact  us with your order number if you would like to return blank items and they will provide further instructions.
