Positions we can embroider

File types we accept
Our ordering process could not be easier, you can upload your logo or design via our online form, and whilst there you can let us know what garments you require.  We can accept the following file types; PNG, .JPG, PDF. If you have a logo or design that is in a different format, please do not hesitate to contact us and we can look at this in more detail for you.

Artwork quality
You should try and upload the best quality, highest resolution version of your logo or design that you have. If you upload a file that is too low quality to embroider, we will contact you to discuss how best to proceed. Our aim is to ensure your logo will look as good as possible.

Embroidery limitations
There may be certain limitations when it comes to the customisation type you select. For example, certain logos or designs cannot be embroidered, especially those with colour gradients or very detailed designs. If this is the case, we will work with you once your order is placed to see how we can simplify or adjust your design so the quality of embroidery remains at a high standard.

Colours
Madeira threads are used on each of our embroidery machines and we use their pantone chart to find the closest matching thread colour to your design. If you wish for a particular pantone colour to be used in your design or you know the pantone reference number, please type this into the notes on the customisation page.

Maximum dimensions for embroidery and print

The maximum width for embroidery is 25cm. The height of your logo will be scaled according to the width you select.
